Digital purchases are generally final

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for the study guide after digital delivery or access has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This includes deciding not to use the guide, purchasing without reviewing the description, or an examination outcome. There is no pass guarantee.

Email support@nclex-prep.online with your order reference, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send card details. We will review the case and try to resolve download problems, incorrect delivery, or duplicate charges. We may offer a replacement link or, at our discretion, a refund where appropriate. A refund is not promised merely because a request is submitted.

Your legal rights remain

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed content, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a withdrawal right applies to digital content, immediate supply and the loss of that right depend on your express consent and acknowledgment as required by applicable law. Any permitted refund is processed through the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.
